The contest aims to break down language barriers, inviting artists to submit visually compelling stories that rely solely on artistic expression. Entrants can submit works ranging from eight to sixty pages.

The contest features two categories: the Themed Manga Award and the Original Manga Award.

  • Themed Manga Award: Participants are tasked with reinterpreting the story of Don Quixote, with the freedom to modify the setting, time period, and characters.
  • Original Manga Award: Participants can submit original, wordless manga in any genre, including action, comedy, romance, and horror.
